Why we exist
The last three years have been good for AI consultants — and bad for AI buyers. Junior practitioners charging senior rates. Strategy decks priced like deliverables. “AI transformation” projects that stall before any code ships. Vendors who disappear after the deposit clears.
We started AIConsultants.co to be the firm we wished was on every project: senior practitioners doing the actual work, fixed-scope engagements with real handoffs, and the credibility of a real address you can visit.
We work locally in Providence. We work nationally over Zoom. We pick up the phone.

Every project ends with documentation, training, and tools your team can run without us. Optional ongoing engagements available — we'd rather you not need us than lock you in.
Our home
Providence is an underdog tech market — and we like it that way. Boston and New York set agency rates that price out 80% of the small-to-mid businesses who’d benefit most from AI. We work locally, where business is built on relationships, not retainers. And we work nationally, where talent — not zip code — is the constraint.
Our office is at the Calart Tower on Reservoir Avenue. Free parking. Real coffee. We welcome consultation visits — book a free in-person meeting and come see the work.
